I don't normally post math on chans, but because math is fun, I'll try to answer the implicit question "will my height give me away?" Assuming 1:1000 natal males are MtF and using CDC data for height, you can say that about 70% of 6'4" women you meet in the wild were born male... the attached chart has that number plotted for different heights.
