"It" is only ever applied to people in a derogatory fashion. Using "it" that way denies humanity, in addition to denying a trans person's gender identity (which misgendering does).
"Shemale" is... well, setting aside that it's only ever used in porn or as a slur now, it is also a way to other trans women - it portrays us as something *other*. And misgenders ("male").
"Trap" sorta has the same problem as "shemale" but... different. It has fetish connotations but not the deliberate derogatory connotations that other slurs do. However, it plays on the trope that trans women are actually men trying to "trap" men into gay sex or otherwise just men pretending to be women. This is unbelievably derogatory and tiresome (the vast majority of media that portrays trans people, particularly previous to the last couple years, uses this trope - see, uh, Ace Ventura, Juwanna Mann, Ms. Doubtfire, etc) and like I said in >>86352 that idea is concretely dangerous because it informs political activity.
