Touch isn't necessarily sexual anymore (regardless of where it is). It's harder to get me hard. Arousal doesn't require orgasm to go away (which is unbelievably convenient). Sexual touch - particularly in that whole genital area - is very different. Pre HRT it was more of a strike - sensation was localized and sharp. Now most touch is sort of dulled (not in a bad way) but the *right* touch - which really varies from day to day but there are certain things that will always do it for me - is like an electric shock (I say this having tried TENS once), this nexus of sensation that just floods outwards. Orgasms too - used to range from "oh good I'm done" to "uuuuuungh headache" and now it's sort of... "full-body spasm" to "massive seizure of pleasure" and oh god multiple orgasms so fucking amazing.
