all of the above! it definitely takes effort, but not too much.

ingredients for dat trap ass:
whole milk
organic peanut butter
whey protein powder
blender
bicycle

mix milk/pb/whey (or use whatever high fat content food you can find) into a shake! add fruit for more win.

drink immediately before bed.

bike errywhere. i biked to work/everywhere for over half a year. it's really not that bad. it only took me 15-20 minutes to get to work instead of the 12 or so driving does.

if you do both of these things as i instructed, provided you are on hormones (IMPORTANT AS FUCK LOL) you should get a nice ass.

the biking is important for 2 reasons. one, to get a minimum amount of exercise and keep your body in decent shape.

also, depending on your body type, you may not want something as absurdly high fat/calories/etc as what i suggested. you could start smaller with just a pbj before bed. i had to resort to the big guns because i have crazy fast metabolism. if you're a skinnyfuck like me i'd recommend what i did, if you're not then start smaller for sure.
