This was always my biggest issue with being trans (which I am; genderqueer/bigender questioning, just not sure which yet). I used to write off being a girl as impossible because I would never be able to have all the little girl experiences that all other women had. I thought being a woman was fundamentally impossible because I'd never have all those experiences, but recently I realized that that doesn't matter at all. "Woman" and "girl" are just categories, just behaviours and actions that people perform. Be a girl, be a woman NOW, and what happened in the past will no longer matter. The past is something that a lot of people leave behind, so as a transwoman, leave your boy past behind and embrace the lady you want to be. Simple as that.
